Job Description: Breakfast attendants have many duties to perform during a shift. Main duties include setting up and breaking down each morning's breakfast buffet, ensuring buffet items such fruits, breads, cereals and bakery items remain well-stocked, maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day. This may include replenishing silverware, sugar caddies and condiments, light to moderate food preparation, refilling beverage containers, mopping, wiping and sweeping.

Breakfast Attendant: THIS IS A MORNING POSITION! Primary responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, restocking and breaking down the breakfast buffet area, as well as cleaning up the area and resetting the dining room once breakfast is over. Specific Responsibilities will include: • monitoring the morning breakfast buffet area to keep all food, plates and silver wear fully stocked. • restocking food on the buffet as necessary • interact with customers and welcome them • clear dishes from tables when done and wipe down tables. • Dining room cleaning, sweeping, mopping and taking out trash will be expected. • Breaking down the breakfast buffet after breakfast and making sure the dining room is clean.
