Job Description: Amusement Park Ride Attendants may be working at a roller coaster, moving ride, or children's ride. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Constantly monitor and regulate the behavior of patrons and co-workers in the ride area to prevent unsafe activities and accidents. - Warn patrons of safety hazards and enforce rules and regulations in a positive and courteous manner - Assist guest in and out rides which may include lifting children into seats and buckling seatbelts and/or safety harnesses. - Operate ride controls, buttons, and switches which may be mechanical, computerized or a combination of both. - Effectively respond to emergency situations. - Prepare ride area for opening and closing each day which may include test runs of the ride. - Keep all ride areas clean including; seats, cars/trains, ride platform, and guest line area. This may include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing, power washing,vacuuming, waxing, and picking up trash. - Control access to ride areas by monitoring pass/ticket usage. - Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints of guests. - Keep supervisor manager informed of situations relating to facility operations, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages, and potential safety hazards. - Attend departmental and team meetings as well as participate in all additional training courses. - Perfrom all duties in a safe manner. - Employees may be asked to move to different locations or job assignments within the property, as needed. Food & Beverage staff: Responsabil pentru colectarea platilor, primirea comenzilor si servirea mincarii, pastrarea ordinii la locul de munca, spalarea vaselor etc. Trebuie sa comunice cu oaspetii parcului de distractie si sa le ofere spre procurare bauturi si alimente. Lucrind in aceasta pozitie ai functia de a oferi doza de satisfactie si placere a oaspetilor, de creare a dispozitiei placute a acestora pentru intreaga durata a aflarii lor in local. Pozitia iti ofera posibilitatea de a cunoaste multi oameni noi din diverse regiuni, state, tari; de a dezvolta abilitatile de comunicare in limba engleza si de a obtine impresii asupra comportamentului diferitor nationalitati.
