Job Description: This individual must be flexible to perform maintenance and groundskeeper functions. These responsibilities may include: Assist in maintenance requests as needed sweeping, cleaning, painting, general carpentry, pool maintenance. Possibly move furniture at the beginning and end of season. Groundwork may include, but is not limited to, watering flowers, mowing and raking lawns, sweeping parking areas and other duties as assigned. Student will also be asked to do some minor repair like changing lightbulbs or fixing doors. Aid housekeeping as needed (i.e. irons, towels, special requests) delivering large bags of laundry and sorting dirty linens.

Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Associates: Responsible for greeting water park guests maintaining a clean deck and pool area cleaning the kitchen areas washing restrooms and picking up debris around the park. Responsible for answering questions and providing park information to guests. Perform additional duties that are relevant to the position and assigned by the department manager.
