We are an independently owned local business right outside Denali National Park that focuses on ensuring our employees have a great experience in Alaska. This small Alaskan business is owned by two young (sort of young) guys who first came to Denali as seasonal employees. Our companies encompass several different restaurants, a hotel & two markets giving our employees a great opportunity for second jobs if desired in a different setting. Denali Park Salmon Bake is a high volume fast paced restaurant & bar. It has 4 dining rooms in a historical building on the side of a mountain. We serve fantastic Alaskan cuisine such as King Crab, elk burgers and sliders, yak-A-dillas and delicious seafood chowder. We have a a massive cocktail list and we are famous for our McKinley Margaritas & 49th State Brewing Co beers on draft. The "Bake" is the only local host of nightly events such as Karaoke, open mic night, J1 dance party night and live music every week end. This location is the place to be in Denali! The Bake's mission is to be Denali's landmark bar and restaurant. We are one of the few independent operations left in the area. All the other hotels and restaurants have been gobbled up by giant corporate conglomerates.
